All NDS Labs Services Refreshed

Over the weekend, I rebuilt, tested, and redeployed all of the NDS 
services to DockerHub.  They are all running in the "coreos_mfreemon" 
NDS Labs Environment on the OpenStack cluster at NCSA.

These include:

curldrop
rabbitmq-server
hublaunch
irods-icat
postgres-icat
irods-idrop2
irods-rest
kallithea
moinmoin
owncloud
postgres-owncloud
rstudio
proxy
nginx

Contributions to the source are always encouraged and are most welcome.
